A £25 Customs Clearance Charge will be incurred on all orders to Norway, Iceland Switzerland, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and Liechtenstein.


Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Any delivery timescales are indicative only and do not constitute binding obligations on us. For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt.

RETURNS – Refunds and Exchanges

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange on any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange any sale items. However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them.


We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.


Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process.


All refunds will be reimbursed to you using your original payment method.


You need to complete the Returns Form included with your order, with the details of the items you are returning, and enclose it in your returns parcel.


In order for us to further develop our products and services please give a reason why any items you are returning are not suitable and whether you require an exchange or refund.


If you no longer have your Returns Form, please include a covering letter with your name, address, original order number, contact telephone number and your email address, in case we need to contact you regarding your return.


We suggest you return your parcel by Royal Mail Signed-For Delivery. We strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of posting postage receipt from the Post Office detailing your tracking number.


We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been signed-for by a member of our team and received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Once we have processed your return we will contact you by telephone or email, to confirm your refund or exchange.


Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 working days after we have processed a refund for it to appear on your bank or credit card statement.



What if an item is faulty?

We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 14 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for the return Signed-For delivery postage on the item.


Can I return an item I received as a gift?

An item that was received as a gift can only be returned for a refund or exchange provided you have a proof of purchase. Refunds can only be made to the original debit or credit card on which the gift was purchased.


Can I cancel an order I placed online?

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt. Just send us a notice of cancellation by email to and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. We cannot refund the cost of delivery after dispatch. Where items are delivered to a third party you can also exercise this right, as long as you are able to return them to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
